Save Mart Expanding Use of Tomax Workforce Management Solution

MODESTO, Calif.-- Save Mart here, which has already implemented Tomax's Workforce Management solution, including labor forecasting and scheduling, in 127 stores acquired from Albertson's, LLC, now plans to purchase additional licenses to roll out Workforce Management in its remaining 125 Save Mart and Food Maxx bannered stores.

The solution, part of the Tomax Demand-Driven Retail Continuum suite, controls labor costs by creating accurate schedules to support all retail processes at the stores, including customer service. In the United States, Workforce Management supports labor forecasting, scheduling and time and attendance processes for over 7,800 stores and 1.5 million employees.

Salt Lake City-based Tomax is a provider of real-time merchandising and store execution applications, with a customer base including Raley's Supermarkets, ShopRite, Trader Joe's, and Winn-Dixie.
