    CHICAGO - IGA, the world's largest voluntary supermarket network, yesterday named 79-year-old Bernice Rinell of Polusbo, Wash., as the winner of IGA's 80th Anniversary Hometown Proud Sweepstakes. In addition to the $80,000 grand prize giveaway, IGA will donate to Habitat for Humanity a total of $9,000 in six Northwest states: Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
