Progressive Grocer's Top Women in Grocery (TWIG) program is the signature event in the food and consumables where we recognize female leadership. Now in its 16th year, there is nothing like it. We recognize leadership and the efforts of outstanding women from the retail, supplier and service provider community. And what a community it is. There are Trailblazer Award winners, Hall of Fame inductees, and TWIG winners at every level of the industry including senior executives, rising stars and store managers.
But TWIG is much more than an awards program. The event is preceded by a Leadership Development Program (LDP) during which high value content is shared to help our TWIG community advance their careers and discovers new ways to impact their organizations.

Progressive Grocer created the Forum Series because foodservice is a vital part of grocery and there are huge opportunities for grocery retailers to continue expanding on their foodservice strategies given their position to be an ultimate provider.
Content will center on visibility, convenience, loyalty and innovation. The Progressive Grocer Foodservice Innovation Forums will focus retailers on the strategies, the distinct differences among the various shoppers and those opportunities that exist for creative solutions to the challenges grocers face today and beyond.
The March Forum: How to Be an Omni-Grocer discussed the new technologies and business models delivering customer-focused retail experiences in omnichannel grocery. To view this session on-demand, CLICK HERE.

The GenNext Symposium is where we appreciate and help develop the grocery industry's pipeline of talent. In 2021 we recognized nearly 100 GenNext recipients under the age of 40 who distinguished themselves through their actions and ability to inspire others. These leaders and others looking to join their ranks can participate in a unique event designed to inspire and equip grocery leaders with fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to promote personal development and organizational success.
