In the Spotlight: Fish Market Fresh Gluten Free Encrusted Tilapia

Adds to company's growing portfolio of seafood products

King & Prince Seafood has launched Fish Market Fresh Potato Crusted Tilapia and Fish Market Fresh Panko Crusted Tilapia, adding to its growing portfolio of seafood products.

Each tilapia is raised in deep-water lakes and trimmed by hand, yielding a clean and consistent flavor. The fish are produced under Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) and never treated with chemicals, which provides a sustainable and flavorful fish. 

“With Gluten-Free diets appealing to 30% of adults, we developed a crusted tilapia that is healthy and tastes great," said LB Watkins, category manager-fish at King & Prince Seafood. "At about $1 per portion, this is an affordable option for more non-commercial operators to menu seafood."
