The retail pizza line inspired by the fare at the Houston-based Russo’s New York Pizzeria and Russo’s Coal-Fired Italian Kitchen restaurant chain has one other point of differentiation: From the pizza crust to the cheese, all ingredients are 100 percent gluten-free. Produced in a gluten-free facility, the line, which will be available in central Texas, comes in six varieties, including Greek, New York Style, Margherita and Pepperoni, and all pizzas also feature a Chef Anthony Russo family recipe. A 14-ounce pie retails for a suggested $8.99 to $9.99.
