Nissin Foods Hires New Chief HR Officer

Karen Robinson to lead people and talent group for the producer of original Top Ramen and Cup Noodles

Nissin Foods USA, which produces the original Top Ramen and Cup Noodles, has tapped Karen Robinson as its chief human resources officer. She will steer that function for the Gardena, Calif.-based company, overseeing employee development, internal culture, training and corporate social responsibility. She will also establish hiring practices for the company’s third U.S. manufacturing plant in Greenville County, South Carolina, set to open in 2025. 

Robinson’s extensive HR background includes leadership roles at Exemplis, Apollo Education Group, Eaton and Boeing. Most recently, she was SVP of people experience at Amplify Education.
