Snack Factory Tortilla Chips

The company best known for its flat pretzels is “upping its snack game” with the introduction of Snack Factory Tortilla Chips. Part of the Synder’s-Lance family of brands, Hanover, Pa.-based Snack Factory offers two varieties of tortilla chips: Sea Salt and Garlic Hummus.

Like their pretzel siblings, the new items are slightly thinner than traditional chips and feature slightly scalloped edges, which make them great for dipping. Ingredients for Sea Salt include whole yellow corn, sunflower oil, brown rice flour, sugar and salt. The Garlic Hummus variety also includes dextrose, black bean grits, pinto bean grits, garlic powder, navy bean grits, spice, olive oil, sesame oil, lemon oil and spice extractive.
