Due in stores this fall, Kitchen & Love Farro Quick Meals offer a medley of fully cooked farro and red and white quinoa, as well as a sauce to mix in, with a spork included for extra convenience. They can be enjoyed as is – no need to add water – or heated in the microwave. The product line comes in three varieties: Grilled Vegetables & Herbs; Artichoke, Lemon & Roasted Garlic; and Roasted Pepper & Artichoke. All are vegan and GMO-free, have no artificial preservatives, and are shelf-stable, requiring no refrigeration. A 7.9-ounce BPA-free cup retails for a suggested $3.99-$4.19.
