Boulder, Colo.-based Thanasi Foods has added Cajun Style Andouille Smoked Shorty Sausages to its Duke’s line of six other flavorful shelf-stable Shortys sausages: Original, Hot & Spicy, Hatch Green Chile, Chorizo & Lime, Hickory Peach BBQ and Tomato Basil. Available in 5-ounce bags, the freshly crafted, made-from-scratch snacks are smoked with real hickory hardwood and a special blend of Cajun spices. Containing 7 grams of protein and 1 gram of sugar per serving, the sausages have an SRP of $6.89 per bag.
