Brooklyn-based Victoria Fine Foods has launched a new Organic pasta sauce line that is certified USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project verified, and gluten-free. Available in Organic Pomodoro, Organic Tomato Herb, Organic Arrabiata, and Organic Toasted Garlic varieties, Victoria pasta sauces boast small-batch, home-style cooking methods by slow kettle cooking all sauces starting with freshly chopped ingredients.
The new sauces are available in 24-ounce jars.
