Baltimore manufacturer enters national retail distribution
Shay's Chocolate, the Baltimore, Md.-based manufacturer of all-natural, Kosher-certified soft caramel candies and confections, has entered national retail distribution with its Classic, Sea Salt and Espresso soft caramels, as well as the new Chocolate and Lemon flavors.
“The Kosher market is exploding with new product growth in the mainstream and specialty categories," said Jeremy Diamond, director, Diamond Marketing Group. "We continue to focus and encourage manufacturers to capitalize on the $13 billion dollar Kosher marketplace."
