In the Spotlight: Kontos Cocktail Flatbreads

Paterson, N.J.-based Kontos Foods has unveiled its new line of grilled Cocktail Flatbreads, a series of soft, flexible, 2-inch pita disks. Designed for holiday appetizers or hors d'oeuvres, such as hamburger sliders, bite-sized smoked salmon and avocado samplers, the Cocktail Flatbreads have the same flavors and texture as Kontos' larger flatbreads. Kontos Cocktail Flatbreads come in 20-piece retail packs.
