Riviana Foods Inc., the maker of Rice Select specialty rice, pasta and other grain products, just introduced three new varieties of quinoa: Red, White, and Tri-Color, to its product line. Known as “The Gold of the Incas,” quinoa is a gluten-free, versatile whole grain packed with quality protein, and can be prepared in just 15 minutes. The three new Rice Select quinoa varieties, which boast twice as much fiber as most other grains, are low in fat, cholesterol, and sodium, and come in 22-ounce containers. SRP is $7.99 per jar.
