Elk Grove Village, Ill.-based Grecian Delight has introduced Opaa! Premium Gyros Slices and Kits for people to easily prepare and enjoy right out of their refrigerator or freezer. They can be prepared within minutes and used in a sandwich, salad or other dishes. Their longer shelf life allows users to heat and reheat slices when they want, and pair them with other ingredients such as pita, tzatziki sauce, tomato and red onion. SRPs are $4.99 per pack of slices and $6.49 per kit.
