    WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Regional grocer Lowes Foods here plans to open up to 58 Ticketmaster retail ticket center locations in its stores across the state of North Carolina, Ticketmaster said yesterday. Fifteen Triad-area Lowes Foods Ticketmaster locations are scheduled to open and begin selling tickets on Dec. 15, 2007, with the remaining locations to follow early 2008.
