Lowes Foods Strikes Deal with Ticketmaster
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Regional grocer Lowes Foods here plans to open up to 58 Ticketmaster retail ticket center locations in its stores across the state of North Carolina, Ticketmaster said yesterday. Fifteen Triad-area Lowes Foods Ticketmaster locations are scheduled to open and begin selling tickets on Dec. 15, 2007, with the remaining locations to follow early 2008.
Tickets to events at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex, the Winston-Salem Sports & Entertainment Complex, and other venues throughout the Carolinas and surrounding areas will be available for purchase seven days a week at the outlets.
Lowes Foods operates 104 stores in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
