GREEN BAY, Wis. - Less than four months after the announcement of a unified Out-of-Home Sales Division, Good Humor-Breyers Ice Cream and Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream have announced the formation of a unified Grocery Sales Division.

Wild Oats Markets Inc. on Thursday announced the retirement of Jim Lee, Chief Operating Officer of the company since September 1996.
