Freedom Foods' Barley+ is a line of healthy muesli cereals (and snack bars) that contain an Australian mix of non-GMO super grains with two times more fiber and four times more resistant starch than most grains. The cereal maker says quality fiber and starch intake are vital to healthy digestion and offers Barley+ as an alternative to the growing market of quinoa food products. The toasted muesli collection comes in three flavors: Cranberry and Nuts, Pink Lady and Macadamia Muesli, and Maple and Nut, will retail at $6.49 a box.
