Arlin Wasserman is managing director of Philadelphia-based food strategy consultancy Changing Tastes. Over the past three decades, Wasserman has helped catalyze some of the most significant shifts in the way businesses and consumers think about food. He created and chaired the Menus of Change program for the Culinary Institute of America and Harvard and was also the first VP of sustainability for Sodexo. Wasserman has received a Food and Society Fellowship from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and a “First Movers” Fellowship for business leadership and innovation from the Aspen Institute. He holds master’s degrees in natural resources and public health, as well as a bachelor of arts in social sciences, all from the University of Michigan. He can be reached at arlin@changingtastes.net.
