Weis Markets Rolls Out Certified Angus Beef
Weis Markets has introduced the Certified Angus Beef brand at all of its supermarket locations.
Certified Angus Beef, produced following 10 exacting standards for flavor, juiciness and tenderness, is now available in all 171 Weis Markets stores in its five-state service area.

Created by a group of family ranchers in 1978, Wooster, Ohio-based Certified Angus Beef follows stringent standards for marbling and maturity, consistent sizing, quality appearance and tenderness.
Founded in 1912, Sunbury, Pa.-based Weis Markets Inc. operates 171 stores in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and West Virginia.
