In the Spotlight: Disposable Baking Trays

Springfield, Ohio-based New Method Packaging has introduced a line of bakeable and disposable P.E.T.-lined trays. Designed to maximize efficiency and time, the high-gloss laminate trays are available in Kraft, black, white and silver finishes, and can withstand up to 425 degrees (F) for up to 30 minutes while providing a moisture and grease barrier. These corrugated baking trays are available in standard sizes including quarter-sheet, half-sheet and full-sheet, and are available nationwide.
