In the Spotlight: Butternut Mountain Farm Maple Syrup

Butternut Mountain Farm, the Morrisville, Vt.-based producer and distributer of locally grown, organic items, is rolling out a new product designed to change the way consumers use maple syrup.
The company's new squeeze bottle aims to eliminate the mess, waste and poor portion control of traditional maple syrup packaging, and encourages cooking with the product and use as a condiment.
The new offering is available in 300 stores on the East Coast including Walmart, Wegmans and Whole Foods.
