In preparation for hunting season, the Busch beer brand has launched a new sleek, redesigned package. The 2014 Busch Hunting can features unique hunting graphics over Busch’s signature “blaze orange” background.
“For the past several years, we’ve had a great time playing around with the packaging designs during hunting season to celebrate our loyal drinkers who are avid outdoorsmen and have a passion for hunting,” said Edison Yu, VP of value brands at St. Louis-based Anheuser-Busch.
In support of the launch, the packaging will be randomly seeded with 60,000 special-edition “Trophy Cans,” which consumers can use to enter the “Hunt Down a Trophy Can” contest and have the chance to win prizes, including a hunting vacation.
The limited-edition cans will be available through November in select states in four pack sizes: 18-packs of 12-ounce cans; 24-packs of 12-ounce cans; 30-packs of 12-ounce cans; and 25-ounce cans.
