Natural Soap Line Enters Blogosphere
South of France Natural Body Care, a line of natural soaps, washes and lotions from Greensboro, N.C.-based Good Health Natural Products, has rolled out a social media campaign anchored by its new blog, TheSoapDishMagazine.com, which went live earlier this month.
Written for consumers interested in natural products, the blog offers such branded content as weekly features on affordable, creative ideas for health, beauty, and home and family, in addition to timely information on developments in skin care and healthy living. TheSoapDishMagazine.com is supported by links and content on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest to encourage idea sharing customer engagement and via contests and product feedback.
“The South of France brand defined itself and entered the market as a premium natural soap line, offering a synthetic-free alternative to most standard skin care products, with a focus on beautiful fragrances,” noted Good Health Natural Products CEO Mark Gillis. “We strive to manufacture the healthiest, highest-quality and best-performing products possible, not just for those who can afford upscale brands, but for anyone who is concerned with their family’s health and well being.”
Made using a traditional French recipe, the soaps are triple-milled, resulting in bars that last longer than, and provide superior performance to, other soaps. The product line isn’t tested on animals and doesn’t contain the harsh chemical ingredients commonly used in the body care industry, such as petrochemicals, sodium laureth sulfate/sodium lauryl sulfate, tetrasodium EDTA, parabens, phthalates, animal byproducts and synthetic colorants.
Good Health Natural Products also owns the Good Health Natural Foods brand, which manufactures better-for-you snacks, including Veggie Stix, Olive Oil Potato Chips, Avocado Oil Potato Chips, Half Naked Popcorn and Humbles Baked Hummus Chips.
