Goya Foods, Universal Music Team Up for Promotion

SECAUCUS, N.J. -- Goya Foods and Universal Music are joining forces to present Fiesta Goya, a promotion offering consumers the opportunity to download music and win hundreds of prizes.

The grand prize is a two-day trip for two to the location of the next Machete Music video shoot, where the winner will meet the artist and make an appearance in the video.

Consumers will register online at www.goya.com and print an entry form with which to mail in two proofs of purchase from any Goya products in order to obtain a music download code, up to a maximum of five music downloads per person/e-mail address. Each download code will grant consumers access to Goya's digital store to select and download their song of choice from Universal Music's vast Pop & Rock, Urban, Regional Mexican, and Tropical music library.

Additionally, participants will automatically be entered into the Fiesta Goya Sweepstakes, making them eligible to win one of more than 200 prizes, including autographed memorabilia provided by participating record labels distributed by Universal Music Group Distribution, such as Machete, Fania, Univision Music, and Fonovisa.

The program, which officially begins Sept. 8 and ends on Nov. 4, will be supported by advertising in print, FSI, and radio in key markets. Goya is also supporting the program in stores with POS materials such as shelf talkers, case cards, and display wraps.
