DALLAS - Fleming Companies Inc. on Monday said it plans to sell 31 Minnesota-based Rainbow Foods stores to Roundy's Inc.

DALLAS - Fleming Companies Inc. on Wednesday announced that it has entered into an agreement with Albertsons for the sale of five Fleming stores.
