Celeb Chef Hawks Healthy Baked Goods at The Food Emporium
Bethenny Frankel, natural food chef and one of the stars of Bravo's cable reality show "Real Housewives of NYC," will introduce her new line of low-fat muffins, cookies, and cupcakes, BethennyBakes at The Food Emporium's BridgeMarket unit Sunday, June 22.
As well as being low in fat, the kosher, vegan, and vegetarian items are wheat-, egg-, and dairy-free, and made without refined sugar. Varieties include Fudge Chocolate Chip Muffins, Coconut Cupcakes with Coconut Icing, and Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies.
During her appearance at the A&P gourmet banner's flagship store, Frankel will also sign autographs and offer health tips and recipes for a sensible, balanced lifestyle.
