Stagnito Media Acquires Tesoro Business Media

Stagnito Media announced today that it has acquired Tesoro Business Media, Scarsdale, N.Y., producer of Store Brands Decisions and Green Retail Decisions events and digital media.

Stagnito Media, America’s fastest-growing integrated media company serving food and non-food retailers, publishes the industry-leading Private Label => Store Brands magazine and digital media as well as other leading brands such as Progressive Grocer, Convenience Store News, The Gourmet Retailer and Retail Leader.

Launched by John Failla in 2011, the Store Brands Decisions Innovation & Marketing Summit has rapidly become the premier event for the retail store brands market. Store Brands Decisions' event and digital media and Private Label => Store Brands’ magazine and digital media combined assets will create a superior information franchise for the rapidly expanding retail store brands market. Green Retail Decisions will remain an independent brand complementing Stagnito Media’s retail brands.
