Roundy's To Acquire Three Wisc. Pick 'n Saves
MILWAUKEE -- Roundy's Supermarkets here is buying three Pick 'n Save supermarkets in Buchanan, Kimberly and Shawano, Wisc., from their independent owner, Performance Foods.
The transfer of the stores will take place sometime after Easter, and is the latest of a series of acquisitions by Roundy's of independently owned Pick 'n Save stores over the past few years.
With nearly $4 billion in sales and 21,000 employees, Roundy's operates 135 retail grocery stores under the Pick 'n Save, Copps and Rainbow Foods banners in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois.
