“Roche Bros. is committed to serving families in the communities where we operate, and we hope children and parents will participate and benefit from this program designed especially for them,” said Dena Zigun, director of marketing for the Wellesley, Mass.-based independent family-owned grocer."
“Mighty Kids Media is passionate about educating children as well as supporting parents, caregivers and educators,” added Lisa Selip, president of the Charlotte, N.C.-based marketing firm. “We realize their job is a tough one, and we are committed to provide tools to support their efforts. Our partnership with Roche Bros. provides an opportunity to do just that. ”
Upon signing up for the club, children will receive a welcome gift consisting of a membership card, stickers, tattoos and a Kidbits magazine, as well as a free activity booklet for the first 150 members per store. Members will also receive a free bloom of the month and fruit of the month, among other benefits.
New signage at each Roche Bros. and Sudbury Farms location features information on the Kids Club, including, in some cases, QR codes that can be scanned with a smartphone to view a Danger Rangers music video instantly or to enroll easily in the club.
