PG Adds Top Women in Grocery Microsite

Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery awards program has unveiled a dedicated microsite to further enhance the platform with convenient event registration and program information, along with additional information about current winners and past inductees.

The new online home for PG's Top Women in Grocery will be continually updated in the weeks ahead with up-to-the-minute information about the upcoming late autumn gala event that will recognize the exceptional accomplishments, range of talent and integral role women play across all areas of the dynamic retail food industry, program registration information for which can be found here.

Set to take place on Tuesday, Nov. 5, at the Westin Chicago North Shore, Wheeling, Ill., festivities for the 2013 Top Women in Grocery celebration will begin with a cocktail reception at 6 p.m., followed by dinner and a formal awards presentation that will get under way at 7:30 p.m. Highlights of this year's event include an afternoon educational networking program, an after-dinner dessert party and memorable guest speakers.

Now in its seventh year, PG's Top Women in Grocery awards candidates are chosen from all levels of the industry within the retailer and supplier communities in three sectors – Senior-level Executives, Rising Stars and Store Managers.
