NatureSweet Unveils Pink Packaging for Breast Cancer Awareness

NatureSweet Tomatoes is showing its support for Breast Cancer Awareness by donating $100,000 to Susan G. Komen and featuring limited-edition pink packaging throughout the month of October. The packaging and promotional materials will include all NatureSweet brands, including Cherubs, SunBursts and Glorys tomatoes.

“We all know someone who has been affected by breast cancer, and we believe it’s important to support Susan G. Komen’s work to raise awareness about this disease and to support the research needed to find a cure,” said Michael Joergensen, NatureSweet’s marketing director. “Susan G. Komen is leading the fight against breast cancer, at both the local level and on a global scale, and we are proud to partner with them.”

In its second year of partnering with the organization, NatureSweet is doubling its donation and featuring all brands in the pink packaging.

Susan G. Komen operates 115 affiliates in cities across the U.S. and partnerships in more than 30 countries. The organization has invested nearly $2.2 billion in research and life-saving community programs since 1982.
