IGA Hires New Marketing Specialist

CHICAGO, Ill. -- Princess Reyes has been named marketing specialist for IGA based here, reporting to senior director of branding and business development Jim Walz.

Reyes will work to enhance the development and execution of a variety of IGA marketing programs, including IGA's consumer-driven retailer marketing events. She will also concentrate on creating collaborative relationships with IGA retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturing partners, the retail group said.

"With her background and experience, we believe Princess Reyes will be a significant contributor to IGA and our marketing efforts," Walz said. "Princess has a track record of excellence and creativity that will serve IGA well as she develops the trust-based relationships we need to further develop the brand power of IGA."

Reyes has held several marketing-oriented positions in the field of communications. Most recently, she has worked in the Chicagoland area as an advertising account executive, as well as a promotions manager for a well-established broadcasting company. During her tenure with the advertising agency, Reyes worked with multi-unit retail clients, including independently owned and operated locations.
