Lewis joined Haggen, Inc. in 2005 as v.p. of information technology. He most recently had been a v.p. at Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. Lewis has more than 25 years of experience in the grocery industry, including positions in pricing, supply chain management, e-commerce, and store management.
Haggen, Inc. operates 32 supermarkets in Washington and Oregon under the Haggen Food & Pharmacy and TOP Food & Drug names. Headquartered in Bellingham, it is the largest independent grocer and ninth-largest private company based in the State of Washington.
