Grocery Wares Recognized as Good Housekeeping Best Household Products

NEW YORK – Good Housekeeping magazine yesterday recognized four consumer packaged goods companies among the nine winners of its 10th annual Good Buy Awards, a prize bestowed on products based on their ingenuity, value, and exceptional performance.

According to Good Housekeeping Editor in Chief Ellen Levine, these products represent innovative solutions that save consumers time, money, and aggravation. "Every year, we test thousands of products at the Good Housekeeping Institute and many of them are impressive, but only a handful can be worthy of a Good Buy Award," she says. "The products we selected this year truly are innovators in their respective categories."

The winners include:

Procter & Gamble’s CoverGirl Continuous Color Nails: provides a base, color, and topcoat – all at the same time.

Robbie Manufacturing's Hot 'n Handy Pouch: allows consumers to prepared home-cooked meals in the microwave.

Energizer Quick Switch: A flashlight that runs on any size batteries.
