Giant Eagle, Dress For Success Kickoff Annual 'Klothes For Kids' Drive

Giant Eagle and Dress For Success Cleaners launched the fourth annual "Klothes For Kids" clothes drive to benefit children in need in the southwestern Pennsylvania area.

The partners officially kicked off the campaign, which raised over 14,000 pieces of clothing last year, at the Camp Horne Giant Eagle store, which featured an appearance and a clothes drive donation by Pittsburgh Pirate Jack Wilson.

"Klothes For Kids" is a community-based, back-to-school clothes drive to benefit children in need. The program will run from July 17 through August 13 at 89 Giant Eagle supermarkets throughout western Pennsylvania, northeast Ohio, and West Virginia. Customers will be able to donate new clothes and gently used coats and sweaters that will be cleaned for free and donated to numerous local charities.

Santa Ana, Calif.-based Dress For Success Cleaners is the only national provider of in-store dry-cleaning services for supermarkets.
