FMI Names Supermarket Chef Showdown Finalists

The Food Marketing Institute (FMI) has revealed the finalists who will compete in its first-ever Supermarket Chef Showdown during its upcoming annual convention in early May.

The finalists who will compete the recipe contest and culinary competition include:

Category 1: Ethnic (Tuesday, May 1, 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.)
