Joe Belfiore is now v.p. of account management. A seven-year veteran of the firm, he will work with the broker's account managers to develop their sales and marketing skills and manage the company's sales teams at C&S Wholesale Grocers, Grand Union, Bozzuto's, Big Y, and Roche Bros. Belfiore has over 30 years of industry experience, having worked at Cressey Dockham and Agar Supply before entering the food brokerage area of the business.

Suzanne Malin is now director of IT and business services. She has been with the company for 12 of her more than 25 years in the food brokerage realm, and is responsible for the customer service and administrative support staff, as well as IT operations.

Peter Brown is now director of sales and business development for Delhaize America. Entering his eighth year with Dynamic Food Marketing, he oversees the business at Hannaford Bros., Sweetbay, and Food Lion. Brown additionally manages Associated Grocers Maine and Associated Grocers New England. He has over 30 years of industry experience, having begun his career at Hannaford before becoming a food broker.

"These are all new positions that have developed with the growth of our company, so no existing personnel were replaced," Addie Davidson, the Natick, Mass.-based broker's director of marketing services, told Progressive Grocer. "These employees will maintain stronger managerial roles and additional corporate responsibilities in their respective areas."
