Agribuys Names Vijay Yajnik as President and COO
TORRANCE, Calif. - Agribuys, supply chain integrator for the global food industry, announced today that Vijay Yajnik has joined the company as president and chief operating officer.

He will be an integral member of our senior team, and I look forward to working very closely with him," said Marina Kotsianas, Agribuys' CEO and chairman. "Vijay brings extensive retail experience to Agribuys -- he has a commanding grasp of the retail environment and e-commerce, a thorough understanding of the operating intricacies of IT and deep senior management experience."
Yajnik joins Agribuys from the WorldWide Retail Exchange (WWRE). Prior to that he was group CIO at the Dairy Farm Group, a major Asian retailer headquartered in Hong Kong. He has held a variety of executive management positions at K-Mart, California Federal Bank, Crocker National Bank and other financial institutions.
