Acosta Acquires Pacific Northwest Sales and Marketing Agency
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Acosta Sales and Marketing Co. here said Friday it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Team Northwest, a leading sales and marketing agency serving the Pacific Northwest region.
By joining forces with Team Northwest, Acosta aims to strengthen its presence in the region. The deal is expected to close by Feb. 28, Acosta said.
"It has been our goal to broaden our reach in the Pacific Northwest to enhance service to our clients and customers in that area," said Acosta chairman and c.e.o. Gary Chartrand in a statement. "Team Northwest has an excellent reputation for superior client and customer service in the Pacific Northwest which makes our coming together a great fit."
According to Team Northwest managing partner Ron Olsen, "Acosta's national platform and powerful technology will add incremental resources for our clients and customers. Our associates already do a great job of building No. 1 brands, and Acosta's resources will provide our associates and clients with more growth opportunities."
