WHO recognizes TempTime for Contribution to Global Public Health
MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. - The World Health Organization (WHO) acknowledged the contribution that TempTime Corp. here is making to improve global public health.
WHO presented two TempTime executives with certificates of honor on the 10th anniversary of the implementation of vaccine vial monitors (VVM).
VVMs are applied on individual vials of vaccine by leading pharmaceutical companies producing vaccines and are used to monitor the cumulative effects of heat from the time of manufacture of the vaccine to the time of use by the health worker in the field.
A leader in time-temperature indicators, TempTime provides visual indication of potentially damaging heat exposure throughout the lifespan of health and food products to which they are attached, based upon a gradual, irreversible color change.
