Weis Promotes Jeanette Rogers to VP

Weis Markets promoted Corporate Controller Jeanette Rogers to VP. In her expanded role, Rogers has responsibility for financial reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC); maintaining and enforcing all accounting policies; overseeing the Sunbury, Pa.-based chain's accounting department, including tax, payroll and treasury functions; and directing the budget and financial analytics department. 

Rogers joined the retailer in 2013 and will continue as chief accounting officer and assistant treasurer, reporting to Scott Frost, SVP/CFO.

Weis Markets operates 167 stores in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and West Virginia.
