Weis Markets Picks Wendy Oliver as Regional VP

Wendy Oliver has joined Weis Markets as a regional vice president who will oversee the day-to-day operations of 58 stores in Central and Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Oliver, who will report to SVP of Operations David Gose, has more than 35 years of industry experience working for Lucky Stores, Albertsons and Supervalu in Southern California. She recently worked as VP of operations for Albertsons Southern California Division.

Earlier in her career, she worked as an assistant store manager and a store manager before working as a field specialist, district manager, center store merchandising lead, VP of fresh merchandising and VP of operations. 

Founded in 1912, Sunbury, Pa.-based Weis Markets Inc. operates 163 stores in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and West Virginia.
