United Supermarkets to Provide Guest Feedback Programs

LUBBOCK, Texas -- Regional retailer United Supermarkets, Ltd. here has signed on with Atlanta-based ServiceCheck, Inc. to provide guest feedback programs for all 47 of its locations.

ServiceCheck will offer a complete guest services program for United, including processing all guest comment cards, responding to Web site contacts, and providing a toll-free, live-answer hotline 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

"Ultimate service is the cornerstone of the mission of United Supermarkets, and our new guest feedback program is a major step in our efforts to achieve our mission," said Renee Underwood, United's v.p. of marketing, in a statement. "We are truly delighted to have ServiceCheck as a partner, and hope our store guests and Web site users will take advantage of this opportunity to communicate with us."

United Supermarkets, Ltd., is a family-owned retail grocery chain with stores in 26 markets throughout north and west Texas. The company operates 47 stores under three distinct formats: United Supermarkets, Market Street, and United Supermercado.
