Triversity to Host User Conference Focusing on Customer-Centric Retailing for the 21st Century

Triversity Inc., a leading software provider delivering integrated, multi-channel solutions for the retail industry, announced its first annual user conference will take place from September 12 to 14 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The conference, themed "Customer-Centric Retailing for the 21st Century," will offer valuable insights into how to get closer to retail customers at every point of interaction and better server their needs to keep them coming back.

The three-day conference will unite Triversity's retailer customers and industry partners from across North America, along with respected speakers and seminar presenters including Rick Gallagher, vice president, National Retail Federation; Gary Hawkins, president, Dataworks Marketing Group; Gene Alvarez, program director, Electronic Business Strategies, META Group; and Jeff Roster, senior analyst, Global Industries, Retail, Gartner.

Triversity's conference will specifically address the importance of multi-channel and customer-centric retailing.
