Nissin Foods US, the Gardena, Calif.-based arm of the Japanese company, which has operated in the United States since 1970, has now launched its Chow Noodle line featuring proprietary “premium straight-cut noodle” technology. This line of microwaveable noodles and sauce is similar to chow mein but uses straight-cut noodles and American taste profiles that include Tomato & Basil, Alfredo and Cheddar Cheese.
