Stater Bros.’ Harris Named EVP Finance

Stater Bros. Markets’ David Harris has been promoted to executive vice president finance, chief financial officer and principal accounting officer, effective immediately.

Harris (left) joined Stater Bros. in 2009 as vice president finance. He was promoted to senior vice president finance in 2011 and senior vice president finance, chief financial officer and principal accounting officer in 2012.

“Dave’s promotion is well deserved and attributable to his integrity, dedication, and excellent financial management skills,” said Jack H. Brown, chairman of the board and CEO. “Dave is a key contributor to the continued growth of the Company.”

San Bernardino, Calif.-based Stater Bros. operates 167 supermarkets and employees 18,000 people.
