Sprouts to Open First Oklahoma Store

Natural and organic foods retailer Sprouts Farmers Market will open its first Oklahoma store March 27 in the Downtown Shopping Center in the town of Norman.

The new store -- one of 16 that are scheduled to open this year -- will offer farm-fresh produce, natural meats, scoop-your-own bulk foods, more than 2,000 gluten-free products, vitamins and supplements, and a huge selection of natural, organic and mainstream grocery items.

In honor of the new store, the grocer is hosting several special events:

  • Free grocery goodie bags to the first 200 customers
  • Free sandwich booklets to the first 300 (paying/purchasing) customers
  • Free reusable grocery bags (while supplies last) on opening day
  • Muffins, milk and coffee to the first 200 customers

In addition, several of the store’s deli customers will be randomly selected to receive their order for free.

Sprouts Farmers Market operates more than 150 stores in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah.
