Sprouts to Open 7 Stores in Q1 2019
Each of the seven new Sprouts stores slated to open will provide about 140 jobs for local residents
Phoenix-based Sprouts Farmers Market plans to open seven new stores in the first quarter of 2019, with a total of 30 new locations on tap for next year.
The seven new stores will be located in Carlsbad and Fontana, Calif.; Clearwater and Naples, Fla.; Las Vegas; Sugar Land, Texas and Lynnwood, Wash., the second store in that state, which the retailer entered for the first time in August.
Each store, which will open separately, will provide about 140 new career opportunities in their respective local communities. Currently operating more than 300 stores in 19 states, the company is No. 22 on Progressive Grocer's 2018 Super 50 list of the top grocers in the United States.
