Springville Reams Expands with E-commerce

Central Utah grocery Reams Springville Market now offers online grocery shopping with in-store pickup or same-day home delivery. The service is provided by ShopHero, whose retailer app allows the ShopHero personal shoppers to pick multiple orders at a time, for accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

The turnkey system provides the website, point of sale integration, order fulfillment including the staff to pick and deliver the orders, and digital marketing.

Reams launched the service to compete with the chains in the town of 31,000 people. Customers who have tried the service often become repeat online shoppers, according to Amberly Brimhall, owner of Reams. Customers comments range from “I love that I can order and pay for it online, and have it delivered to my mom or a neighbor,” to “I can be at the doctor’s office with my kids and order on my phone what I need, delivered from the store I love, and it’s at my door when I want.”
